I’m Helen Byrne and I created Virtualoso to help small and start-up businesses in particular achieve the growth they want without the hassle or cost of employing full time administrative support. I’m a qualified PA with a knowledge of European languages and 25 years experience of working in the busy, stressful world of Research Management. In order to achieve a better work-life balance, I took the initiative to become my own boss, and the most logical route to follow - given the wide range of skills and experience picked up over the years - was to become a Virtual Assistant.
